Operations Manager (Houston, TX): Liaise between Mexico manufacturers and US/Canada destinations to ensure seamless delivery of Power Transformers and accessories. Responsible for all trucking operations in Mexico/US/Canada. Manage HLI Laredo Terminal. Requires a Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or foreign equivalent plus 5 years work experience with Power Transformers transportation by road/rail/barge/ship. Requires knowledge of Transformer storage, assembly, erection and 'Doble' and 'Megger' testing as well as knowledge of transportation regulations and restrictions in Mexico, US and Canada (including C-TPAT).
